## Check your account details

Make sure you are using the email address associated with your KnowledgeSet account. Look for accidental spaces or spelling mistakes.

Follow the recovery instructions available on the [sign-in page](https://knowledgeset.com/login) if you cannot remember your credentials. Never share a password or verification code with someone offering to help.

## Check your browser and connection

1. Confirm that your internet connection is working.
2. Reload the sign-in page and read any error message.
3. Try an up-to-date browser if the page does not load correctly.

Avoid repeatedly submitting the same request while a sign-in attempt is still processing.
