  1. Open the account menu and choose Account settings.
  2. Find Password & security.
  3. Select Send password reset link.
  4. Check the inbox for the sign-in email shown in your Account details.

This requests recovery instructions. It does not change your password immediately.

If you can't sign in

Open Reset your password, enter the email associated with your KnowledgeSet account, and select Send reset instructions.

The acknowledgement is deliberately neutral: it does not confirm whether an account exists or guarantee that an email was delivered.

Set your new password

Open the recovery link from the email. When the Choose a new password page appears:

  1. Enter a new password using at least eight characters.
  2. Enter the same value in Confirm new password.
  3. Select Update password.
  4. Wait for Password updated. You can then continue to your dashboard.

Read any validation message if the password is rejected or the two entries do not match. Requesting the email alone does not complete this step.

If the email doesn't arrive

  • Check spam or junk folders as well as your inbox.
  • Confirm you used the email associated with your existing account.
  • Allow a little time for delivery rather than repeatedly requesting links.
  • Follow any waiting period shown before requesting instructions again.

The same acknowledgement can appear even when delivery fails. An acknowledgement on its own is not proof that a reset email reached your inbox.

If KnowledgeSet reports an invalid or expired recovery link or session, return to Reset your password and request fresh instructions. Follow the new email link to start again.

Keep recovery links and passwords private. Do not include them in screenshots or messages when asking for help.
